"Recently I contacted Ranae and asked her to quote our homeowners, umbrella and vehicle policies after receiving a hefty premium increase from our insurance company. I also contacted another agency that a friend recommended, even though I knew that if I made a change I wanted it to be with State Farm. Ranae immediately went into action to get quotes for us. She didn't have a lot of time because I had been traveling and wasn't aware that our rates would go up significantly until about a week before renewal. And, I was leaving on another trip and that added pressure to me and her. Ranae worked with me after business hours and on her day off to get the job done. My husband and I are thrilled to be back with our local Alex Ross State Farm office and working with Ranae. (The other agency sent me two emails requesting information, I responded and they never got back to me.) Fingers crossed that we don't have a claim, but if we do we know that Ranae and Alex will do whatever is necessary to make sure it's a fair and smooth process."

"When I first moved here from the Bay Area the switch was very easy and the rates were less money . I’ve had State Farm for years now and in filing a claim they jumped right on it and I received a Check the same day the adjuster came out ,He was very efficient and understanding and explained all the details, wow ,I was blown away how Fast this happened, Thank You to all that were involved, no other company could even come close to their service ."

"Straight up I was going to shop around for insurance, I talked with Mr. Hunter and I knew this was my guy. One of the best experiences I've ever had with insurance. I didn't even ask for a quote I just told him to sign me up! Alex Ross u have one heck of a guy working for you. If he ever leaves I apologize I'll go with him. But Mr. Hunter told me he's not going anywhere so I'll be a customer for life! Ty for the help Hunter!"
